Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared for shipment after they are accepted. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may vary during busy periods. Available delivery methods, charges and current estimates appear at checkout after a valid shipping address is entered.
Complimentary shipping
Eligible U.S. merchandise orders over $150 receive complimentary standard shipping. Taxes, gift cards and any non-merchandise charges do not count toward the threshold. Expedited services, when available, are charged separately.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carriers may need time to record the first scan. You can also check the Track Order page using the details in your confirmation email.
Addresses and delivery concerns
Please review your address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If a carrier reports a delivery problem, contact the carrier first and then email info@holthausenapparel.com with your order number if further help is needed.
